Welcome to White Star Care, a family-owned care business established in 2016 with a heartfelt mission to provide exceptional care to the community. Our journey began with a dedicated District Nurse, Zahra Ali, who selflessly served her community for over a decade. With a dream to create a care agency that embodied her knowledge and passion for quality care, she embarked on a remarkable endeavour, supported by her family.
Over the years, White Star Care has flourished into a successful business that caters to the vulnerable individuals in South West London. Our commitment to providing compassionate care and ensuring the well-being of our clients has been the cornerstone of our growth. With a team of over 30 dedicated carers and more than 50 satisfied clients, we continue to strive towards being a source of comfort and support for those in need.

One of our core values is recognizing the unique needs and preferences of each individual we serve. We understand that every client is different, and we go the extra mile to match them with carers who can best cater to their specific requirements. Taking into consideration factors such as language, culture, and traditions, we carefully allocate carers who can create a comfortable and familiar environment for our clients in their own homes.

At White Star Care, we prioritize the training and development of our staff to ensure that they provide the highest standard of care. Our carers undergo comprehensive training, including manual handling, health and safety, safeguarding, and more. We also maintain up-to-date DBS profiles for all our staff, giving our clients peace of mind knowing they are in the hands of trusted and reliable professionals.
