What kind of management system is in place to ensure outstanding care delivery?White Star Care uses an all-in-one care management software (PASS) that enables us to manage the delivery of care with ease and speed. Carers are able to log in to an app on their phone every day, view their clients and schedule and record notes that is monitored by management. We require that all carers complete the tasks and notes required when logging in. Our team also use this system to allocate shifts, upload important information regarding clients and monitor actions and outcomes to ensure high standards of domiciliary care.
